What we look for in our senior associates...

As we evaluate candidates for senior associate we are concerned about all aspects of the individual. Our goal is to attract those individuals  with a proven track record. All of our standards are devoted to a single goal - - to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality information system service.

Your Formal Education
A four-year degree is required from a fully accredited instituion. The cumulative grade-point average and undergraduate major are important elements as are honors, and special achievements. Individuals with advanced degrees are given the highest priority.

Your record of professional achievement
Working well with other people in an organization is a important criterion as well as a history of significant work experience. Please note currently all our senior associates have over 20 years  of solid IT experience.

Your personal integrity
All  associates must maintain the highest levels of personal and moral integrity and be free of any problems of moral perpetude. No exceptions.
